Credit or debit card

You can pay for your purchases in Tandemteam.es using the REDSYS secure server. Paypal

The paypal payment gateway can accept payments through credit cards, as well as from the registered accounts of its users.

Due to the tightness of the prices, we cannot assume the commission charged by Paypal, so when choosing this payment method, 3.5% will be charged on the cost of the purchase plus a fixed 0.35€.

Cash on delivery

If available, cash on delivery will be available only in the peninsula.

Payment will be made in cash at the time of receiving the order at the address indicated by the customer. The delivery will be through the express transport company or CORREOS.

SECURE PAYMENT

Tandemteam.es uses SSL encrypted secure payment to avoid possible fraud by third parties in their payments.

Tandemteam.es does not store any information about credit cards or any other means of payment. When you make a payment with any of these means, a secure connection is made with the payment method, which is the one who performs the transaction and informs us of it.

Returns:

1. We offer the right of withdrawal within 7 days from the date of purchase. Within this period, you can request a full refund/return of the purchase. Make the request in writing to the email info@tandemteam.es sending copy of proof of payment and validation code of the voucher purchased.
2. After the withdrawal period, we offer the possibility of return/refund of the purchase of any of our services offered, provided they have not expired, deducting 25% of its value for administrative expenses.
3. We do not accept refunds once the reservation for an activity has been confirmed, or on the day of the activity, or once the activity has started.
4. If it is not possible to carry out the activity on the day agreed upon in the reservation due to weather conditions, the activity may be postponed for another date as many times as necessary. And if it is not possible to reschedule the activity for another date, a refund may be requested, deducting 25% of its value for administrative expenses.

Reservation cancellations:

1. It is possible to cancel a reservation up to 48 hours before the activity without penalty, being possible to agree to postpone the activity to another date.
   Cancellations between 48 and 24 hours in advance will have a penalty of 25% of its value for administrative expenses.
2. Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will be considered a “No-Show” and there will be no possibility of refund or rescheduling, the activity will be considered as done.

Paragliding courses

1. It is possible to cancel a reservation up to 7 days before the activity without penalty and it is possible to agree to postpone the activity to another date.
2. Cancellation less than 7 days in advance will not be refunded. There will only be the possibility to reschedule by paying a surcharge of 50 €. In addition, the payment of the total amount of the activity will be required, not being valid the modality of “reservation”.

Bonds:

1. All the vouchers of our activities have an expiration date, which can be according to the contracted activity and offers, for a few days or up to 1 year from the date of purchase. Please check the expiration date printed on the voucher.
2. If a voucher expires, an extension can be requested, provided it is requested within one month of expiration, with a surcharge of 25 € for an extension of 1 more year, counting from the renewal date.
3. Although the voucher expiration date is one year, it is possible that from October 20 to March 30, the activity cannot be carried out, either due to snow/ice on the accesses, most likely adverse weather conditions, or lack of personnel due to low demand.

Courses:

1. The courses and guided flights purchased, whether the payment of the reservation or the totality of the service and that do not have a date of execution, will be valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
2. If the purchase of the service expires, either the reservation or the payment of the total amount, an extension can be requested. As long as it is requested within the month following the expiration, with a surcharge of 50 € for an extension of 1 more year, counting from the renewal date.

Guided flights:

1. Guided flights purchased, whether payment for the reservation or for the entire service and which do not have an execution date, will be valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
2. If the purchase of the service expires, either the reservation or the payment of the total amount, an extension can be requested. As long as it is requested within the month following the expiration, with a surcharge of 15 € for an extension of 1 more year, counting from the renewal date.

Legislation and
jurisdiction

The present general conditions will be interpreted
according to the legislation in force in Spain on the matter, which will be applied
subsidiarily in everything that has not been foreseen in the same ones. (Law 34/2002
of July 11, 2002 on information services and electronic commerce).
