According to the “Ley Orgánica 15/1999 del 13 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal” and the “Ley de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y del Comercio Electrónico 34/02 del 11 de julio” you have the right to access and rectify your data. Your data may be used for the commercial service of “Tandemteam S.L.N.E.”, and you may receive commercial offers from our company for services and products similar to those you have requested.
Given that the right to one’s own image is recognized in Article 18.1 of the Constitution and regulated by Law 5/1982, of May 5, 1982, on the right to honor, personal privacy and one’s own image, I authorize Tandemteam S.L.N.E. to capture, reproduce and publish images where I can be clearly recognized.

Tandem paragliding flight contract
GENERAL INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS OF THE ACTIVITY.
- The company “Tandemteam S.L.N.E.” is a company registered in “Turismo activo de Aragon” and as such, has the insurance that covers Accidents and Civil Responsibility to the passenger during the duration of the activity.
- The practitioner of the activity, is aware that the practice of paragliding, may involve some physical risk, and assumes this responsibility from the time of its inception.
- The participant informs “Tandemteam S.L.N.E.” that he/she does not suffer from any illness or injury that may be affected by the practice of the activity and that he/she is not pregnant.
- We recommend wearing sports shoes or hiking boots, long and comfortable pants, anorak or windbreaker, gloves and sunglasses.
- The schedule of the activity may be affected and modified due to weather conditions.
- If due to weather conditions the activity cannot be carried out, it will be postponed for another occasion to be agreed upon. The decision to postpone the activity will always be made by the company “Tandemteam S.L.N.E.” and it will never be the client who will decide on this matter.
- The formalization of this document implies the acceptance of the clauses and the payment of the amount corresponding to the activity.
Paragliding courses / guided flights contract
GENERAL INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS OF THE ACTIVITY
Duration and price:
- The duration of the course is specified in school days, including the number of flights.
- The price is detailed in the course description.
- Discounts are available if you have taken another course or purchased new equipment. Ask for promotions.
- The previous course discount applies if no more than one year has passed between courses.
- Different promotions cannot be combined.
Equipment:
- TandemTeam provides the complete flight equipment.
- The rider may use his own equipment, subject to TandemTeam’s approval.
- The rider declares that his equipment is in good condition and exempts TandemTeam from any responsibility.
Customer commitments:
- Declare to be informed of the minimum requirements and standards of behavior.
- Assume the risks inherent to the activity.
- Respect sanitary regulations.
Weather conditions:
- If bad weather prevents the completion of the course, the remaining days will be made up on agreed dates within one year.
- If TandemTeam cancels the course due to weather conditions, new dates will be notified.
- Days lost due to weather will be made up at no cost.
- If the student drops out of the course for reasons beyond TandemTeam’s control, he/she will not be entitled to a refund. The course can be continued at a later date at an extra cost.
Cancellation of the course:
- TandemTeam may cancel or postpone the course if there are less than 3 students.
Courses or guided flight distance:
- The pilot must be able to take off and land without supervision.
- The instructor guides and advises on the best flight strategy.
